These terms apply to your use of onyxflorida.com, operated by Onyx Granite Countertops Services LLC, operating as Onyx Granite Countertops. By using the site you accept them.
What this site is
This site describes our countertop fabrication and installation services and lets you request a free estimate. Using it does not create a contract for work. Any actual project is governed by the written estimate and agreement you sign with us.
Estimates and pricing
Nothing on this site is a price quote. Countertop pricing depends on the material, the square footage, the edge profile, the cutouts and the site conditions, none of which we know until we measure. Prices in a written estimate are valid for the period stated on that estimate.
Photographs of our work
Every project photograph on this site is work fabricated and installed by Onyx. Natural stone varies from slab to slab, so the material in a photograph will not be identical to the material you receive, even in the same named color. This is a property of the stone and not a defect. We ask you to select your actual slab at our facility before fabrication.
What we do not do
We install countertops. We do not perform plumbing, gas or electrical work, we do not install floor tile, and we do not install overhang support brackets. We do not warrant that a new slab will match stone already installed in your home.
Warranty
We provide a 1 year workmanship warranty on installation. The stone itself carries the warranty offered by its manufacturer, which varies by material and is provided separately. The workmanship warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impact, heat, harsh chemicals, or work performed on the countertop by anyone else.
Information you send us
You agree that the information you submit through the estimate form is accurate and that you are entitled to give us the phone number and email address you provide. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Site content
The text, photographs, logo and layout of this site belong to Onyx Granite Countertops Services LLC. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another site, such as our Google listing or our Instagram profile, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of that site.
Limits
The site is provided as is. We keep it accurate but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
