Orlando is four or five housing markets wearing one name
A 1940s bungalow in College Park and a 2023 build in Lake Nona are the same city on paper and completely different jobs in practice. The bungalow has plaster walls, a floor that has settled and cabinets that are rarely square. The Lake Nona house has everything level and an HOA with an opinion about the delivery truck.
Both get the same answer from us: we template off the cabinets that are actually there, not off a plan. In an older Orlando home that difference is the whole job, because a run that is out by a quarter inch over eight feet turns into a visible gap you cannot fix afterward.
We also do a fair amount of Orlando work through builders, designers and cabinet shops. If you are a trade partner, send the floor plan and we will come back with a layout and a render before anything is cut.

Do you work in older Orlando homes with walls that are not square?
Constantly. It is normal in the older neighborhoods. We template off the real cabinets and scribe the stone to the wall, which is exactly why we measure on site instead of working from a drawing.
Can you do a downtown condo?
Yes. Give us the building name and the unit number when you book. We need to know about elevators, loading docks and any contractor hours the building enforces before we schedule the install.
I am a builder with several units. Can you quote from plans?
Yes. Send the floor plans and tell us how many units and the timeline. For trade work we can quote off the plan and produce a 3D layout so the client can see the material before it is cut.
How long is the whole process from the first call?
Estimate visit usually the same week. Once you approve and pick the slab, we template when the cabinets are secured, then 5 to 10 days to install. Install is typically a single day.
