Half of Davenport is somebody vacation home, and that changes the job
Davenport and the Four Corners area have a housing stock that barely exists elsewhere in Central Florida: thousands of homes bought as short term rentals, many owned by people who do not live in the state, several of them managed by a company that has to fit the work between bookings.

Usually, if you tell us the calendar early. Template to install is 5 to 10 days and install is normally one day, so the work itself fits in a short gap. The part that needs lead time is picking and reserving the slab.
I live out of state. Do I have to be there?
Not for the whole process. Somebody has to give us access for the template and the install. For the material choice we can send photos of the specific slab, and for simple layouts we can quote from photos and measurements without a visit.
What holds up best in a rental kitchen?
Quartz for the surface, because it is non porous and never needs sealing, so a guest spilling red wine overnight is not a problem. Granite if the kitchen sees real heat. What we steer people away from in a rental is marble, which stains from anything acidic.
