Onyx Granite Countertops Services LLC, operating as Onyx Granite Countertops ("Onyx", "we", "us"), runs the website at onyxflorida.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly. When you fill out the estimate form, that means your name, phone number, email address, the city or zip code of the project, the type of project and anything you write in the notes field.
We also collect standard technical information automatically: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, how you arrived at the site and what you clicked. This runs through Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity on our behalf.
Our Google Ads measurement uses enhanced conversions. When you submit the estimate form, the email address you typed is converted into an irreversible hashed value in your browser and that hash is sent to Google so we can tell which advertising brought us a real enquiry. Google receives the hash, not your readable email address, and we do not use it to identify you outside that measurement.
How we use it
- To contact you about the project you asked us to quote.
- To schedule and carry out the estimate, template and installation.
- To answer questions you send us by phone or email.
- To understand which pages of the site are useful and improve them.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate: our customer relationship system, which stores contact and job records, and Google and Microsoft, which process site traffic and advertising measurement data as described above. Those providers are bound to use the data only to provide the service to us. We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies set by Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as we need them to service the job and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you asked for an estimate and did not go ahead, you can ask us to delete your record.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@onyxflorida.com or call (407) 305-4072 and tell us what you want done.
If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version goes up on this page with a new date at the top.
